Projekt „Ready, steady, start-up!” ma na celu kreowanie i rozwijanie cech i postaw przedsiębiorczych wśród młodzieży w wieku 15-25 lat poprzez stworzenie gry edukacyjnej, w której młodzi ludzie wcielą się w rolę przedsiębiorców zakładających swój pierwszy start-up. Udział w grze pozwoli młodym ludziom poczuć się innowatorami, wykorzystać swoje kreatywne myślenie, aby postawić pierwsze kroki w symulacyjnym świecie biznesu. Grę stworzymy wspólnie z naszymi partnerami, a następnie przetestujemy ją na 300 młodych ludziach z 3 krajów europejskich. Uczestnicy gry poznają proces wchodzenia w świat biznesu, a także będą ćwiczyć takie kompetencje społeczne, jak współpraca czy kreatywność.
Pod koniec trwania projektu zorganizowane zostaną Targi Mobilnej Przedsiębiorczości dla młodych ludzi, a także przedstawicieli instytucji, takich jak szkoły średnie, uczelnie wyższe, organizacje młodzieżowe, itp. Podczas Targów będzie promowana i upowszechniana stworzona przez nas grę, rekruterzy pomogą w przygotowaniu dobrego CV, odbędzie się wykład o przedsiębiorczości. Zaproszeni zostaną przedsiębiorcy, przedstawiciele organizacji, którzy zajmują się m.in. rozwojem start-upów, finansowaniem projektów młodych ludzi. Targi odbędą się jednocześnie w trzech krajach – Francji, Turcji i Polsce, a weźmie w nich udział łącznie 120 osób z trzech krajów.

Project „Ready, steady, start-up!” aims to create and develop entrepreneurial qualities and attitudes among young people aged 15-25 years through the creation of an educational game, in which young people will play the role of entrepreneurs setting up their first start-up. Participation in the game will allow young people to feel like innovators, use their creative thinking to take the first steps in the simulation world of business. We will create the game together with our partners, and then test it on 300 young people from 3 European countries. The participants of the game will get to know the process of entering the business world and they will practice such social competences as cooperation or creativity. At the end of the project, Mobile Entrepreneurship Fair will be organized for young people, as well as representatives of institutions such as high schools, universities, youth organizations, etc. During the Fair the game created by us will be promoted and disseminated, recruiters will help in preparing a good CV, a lecture on entrepreneurship will be held. We will invite entrepreneurs, representatives of organizations that deal with such issues as development of start-ups, financing projects of young people. Fairs will be held simultaneously in three countries – France, Turkey and Poland, and will be attended by a total of 120 people from three countries. The project will include 3 partnership meetings.

I Spotkanie projektowe _ 1st project meeting _ 30-31.03.2022
W dniach 30-31 marzec 2022 odbyło się pierwsze spotkanie partnerskie w ramach projektu „Ready, steady, start-up”. W spotkaniu wzięli udział przedstawiciele Instytutu Nowych Technologii, The Nuwa Group oraz Genclik Firsatlari Dernegi. Podczas dwudniowego spotkania rozmawialiśmy o Naszych obserwacjach, doświadczeniach i praktykach krajowych w temacie przedsiębiorczości młodzieży oraz przedyskutowaliśmy założenia naszego projektu. Omówiliśmy zagadnienia związane z zarządzaniem projektem, jego promocją i upowszechnianiem rezultatów. Wymieniliśmy również pomysły na nasze działania projektowe.

On March 30-31, 2022, the first partner meeting as part of the „Ready, steady, start-up” project took place. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Institute of New Technologies, The Nuwa Group and Genclik Firsatlari Dernegi. During the two-day meeting, we talked about our observations, experiences and national practices in the field of youth entrepreneurship and discussed the assumptions of our project. We discussed issues related to project management, its promotion and dissemination of results. We also exchanged ideas for our design activities.
